On December 27, 2012 ERod accepted an invitation to join the 87th East-West Shrine Game, the oldest college all-star game in existence. The game will be played in St. Petersburg, Florida on January 21, 2012 at 4pm Eastern time and air on the NFL Network. The invite is for a Tight End position, a huge accomplishment since ERod sees himself as a future NFL TE, not Full Back. Of course, NFL scouts and Personnel Directors may have a different opinion. Either way, it's a huge opportunity for him to showcase his football talents and also to give back to the community by visiting the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Tampa along with all the other players!
