ERod Steps Into the Public Spotlight

ERod fields questions from Lincoln students in North Bergen, NJ
Headlining "Career Day" for over three hundred 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Lincoln Elementary School students in North Bergen, NJ was a first step for ERod in his new, public career. After being interviewed on-stage for 25 minutes, the students were able to step up ERod and ask any question they wanted to of the soon-to-be NFL player. The event, sponsored by Rekha Dave and the Lincoln Lions PTA, was a huge success for both the school and ERod.

ERod's message to the students was for them to plan to have a goal, take baby steps towards reaching the goal, and never let anyone tell you your goal cannot be achieved. He advised the students to seek guidance from trusted adults along the way, and keep an open and honest dialogue with their teachers and counselors.

Following the on-stage interview, ERod took the mic and stepped down amongst the students to field any and all questions they had. The students asked about 25 questions, with one being repeated four times, "What team do you think will draft you?" The NFL Draft will take place April 26-28, 2012 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City and experts expect ERod to be chosen, but differ on their opinion of when and by whom that will be.

"I'll say I look forward to playing for whoever picks me and signs the checks," ERod told the students, "But I know I am blessed to be in this position and I will make the most of the opportunity."
