UPDATE: The most serious charge facing ERod in West Virginia has been officially reduced to a trespassing charge, with the fine assessed him already paid. This allows ERod the opportunity to move forward in his search for a new University to attend with the understanding that no other charges will be forthcoming. He is scheduled to appear in court to face the charge on October 14, 2008.
