Yesterday ERod spent over two hours meeting with the staff of a Division I football program he is seriously contemplating joining, maybe as early as the Fall term, which starts in under two weeks. The staff has asked that there be as little publicity as possible so as not to cause any disturbance in the team's preparation for their 2008 football season. If ERod does join the squad, it is an NCAA rule that he will have to sit out the 2008 season, leaving him with three years of athletic eligibility.
His contact with Division I-AA schools continues, which if he chooses to attend one of those schools he would be able to play immediately.
