I received a call at 3:30pm today from a very reliable source saying there will very likely be a reduction in the charge against ERod involving a dorm incident at West Virginia University dating back to March 2008. It comes as welcomed news as the court case has been hanging over his head as he attempts to enroll at a new University to continue his academic and athletic career. A statement may be released tomorrow from the court in Morgantown, WV.
